I joined a team created for an emerging regulatory need following a new regulation called Senior Management and Certification Regime (SMCR). The goal is to design an application to ensure the annual certification of more than 1,500 people working within the bank during the month of January.
Certification ensured from the first year of the regulation: No financial impact due to delays, BNP was the first bank to have an In-House application for SMCR regulation
